Booking procedure
At New Homes Quality Control, we understand how daunting the process of booking a snagging inspection can be, which is why we have made the process as simple and streamlined as possible for our clients.
Our online booking procedure couldn't be more simple, it starts by completing our booking form, which will allow us to gather basic information about your property, including the address and other essential details like your properties method of construction and any new / green technologies within your home. After receiving this information we will confirm with you the availability of one of our team for the date you need your inspection done.
No deposit is needed or will be asked for.
Once the online form is done we will assume that you will pay on the day of inspection, if you'd like to pay before we get there let us know and we'll send an invoice to you. Payment on the day can be done with contactless payment. If your using Applepay this will be done in one transaction, any other forms of contactless have a limit of £100 so multiple transactions would need to be done. Payments can also be taken in cash with an electronic invoice sent to you once done.
That's all it takes and you'll be ready for your home inspection.
Construction delays and cancelations
