• All of our inspectors have completed the Fire Door Inspection Scheme training as well as the Fire Stopping Course with Independent Fire Training LTD. We are very capable when it comes to checking any aspect of fire stopping within your new home.
• Our team of certified professionals inspects all aspects of the property internally and externally which will include elements of plumbing and electrics as well as the loft area. 
• Our services are unique as we bundle in a roof survey done using a drone to capture high-quality images from an aerial view at no extra cost (this will be weather dependant).
• We also include thermal imaging of all radiators at no extra cost, helping detect any issues that would be missed with traditional visual inspections.
• We provide all of our customers with detailed reports that include all defects found during the inspection. This report is provided in an electronic format and two physical paper copies, making it easy to share with contractors. 
• We also provide a tracker report that enables our clients to track progress on the defects reported and see how closely the builders are working to address issues.
